The money-back-guarantee is not applicable on following cases:

1. Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. RealTests highly recommends the candidates a study time of minimum of 7 days to prepare for the exam with RealTests study material, any failures cases within 7 days of purchase are rejected because in-sufficient study of RealTests materials.
