• How does your COG-145 testing engine work?

  Once the COG-145 test engine is downloaded and installed in your PC, you can easily practice COG-145 test questions. It allows you to review your COG-145 questions and answers by using two different options – 'practice exam' and 'virtual exam'. The Virtual Exam lets you test yourself with exam questions within a time limit. The experience feels as if you are taking the COG-145 exam in the Prometric or VUE testing centre. The Practice exam lets you review exam questions one by one, and see correct answers with explanations.

• What is in the demo?

  The demo version contains only 10 COG-145 exam questions/answers as samples.

• What if I don't pass the exam?

  A full refund will only be made to that Realtests Testing Engine User that fails the corresponding exam within 30 days from the date of purchase of Exam. See Realtest Guarantee Policy

• How do I claim refund?

  In case you fail your exam, you need to email the failed transcript to billing@realtests.com. You can also ask for Extension or Product Exchange instead of refund.

• On how many computers I can install Realtests COG-145 Software?

  You can download the Realtests COG-145 products on a maximum of two PCs. In case you try to download it on more than two PCs your account being blocked.

• I don't have a Credit Card is there any other way that I can pay for my Purchase?

  You can purchase the product in more than one way, through PayPal, Money bookers, or Western Union. You can select an option during the checkout process. We also accept Bank Wire transfer. For further details please contact billing@realtests.com to discuss Bank Wire transfer payment option.

• Do you provide free updates?

  Yes, we do. If there is any change in the COG-145 exam, we will update the study materials. The software will check for updates automatically and download them every time you launch the COG-145 Testing Engine. The updates are provided free of cost for 90 days.

• How often are your products updated?

  Our products are updated on daily basis. As soon as the IBM certification vendor updates the COG-145 exam course we also update our products. It is a matter of mere hours. This way our products provide up to date exam material reflecting the current and upgraded COG-145 exam course.

• What are the system requirements?

  These are the minimum System Requirements:

  • Java Version 6 or newer

  • 512 MB Ram

• How long is my product valid for?

  Realtests products have a validity of 90 days, starting from the date of purchase. After 90 days the product will not be accessible and would need to be renewed so you can use it.
