• How does your CISA testing engine work?

  Once the CISA test engine is downloaded and installed in your PC, you can easily practice CISA test questions. It allows you to review your CISA questions and answers by using two different options – 'practice exam' and 'virtual exam'. The Virtual Exam lets you test yourself with exam questions within a time limit. The experience feels as if you are taking the CISA exam in the Prometric or VUE testing centre. The Practice exam lets you review exam questions one by one, and see correct answers with explanations.

• What is in the demo?

  The demo version contains only 10 CISA exam questions/answers as samples.

• What if I don't pass the exam?

  A full refund will only be made to that Realtests Testing Engine User that fails the corresponding exam within 30 days from the date of purchase of Exam. See Realtest Guarantee Policy

• How do I claim refund?

  In case you fail your exam, you need to email the failed transcript to billing@realtests.com. You can also ask for Extension or Product Exchange instead of refund.

• On how many computers I can install Realtests CISA Software?

  You can download the Realtests CISA products on a maximum of two PCs. In case you try to download it on more than two PCs your account being blocked.
